Clear guidelines for working with Softivex and using our software, AI, digital, and technology services.
Softivex provides custom software development, AI and automation, web and mobile development, ERP solutions, cloud services, digital marketing, SEO, and related technology services.
Services are delivered according to the agreed project scope, specifications, timeline, and commercial proposal. Additional requirements may involve additional fees or timeline adjustments.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, credentials, approvals, and other materials required to complete a project.
Project fees, deposits, milestones, and payment schedules are agreed before work begins. Additional features outside the approved scope may be charged separately.
Revisions included within the agreed scope will be handled according to the project agreement. Major changes or new functionality may require a new scope of work.
Projects may use third-party APIs, AI platforms, cloud services, plugins, libraries, hosting providers, or other external technologies whose availability and policies may change.
After full payment, ownership of custom work developed specifically for the client will follow the project agreement. Softivex retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and reusable components unless otherwise agreed.
Clients must ensure that supplied text, images, videos, trademarks, documents, and data can legally be used for the project.
Softivex takes reasonable measures to protect project information. Clients should maintain secure credentials and access controls.
SEO and marketing results depend on search engines, competition, market conditions, content, budget, and other factors. Specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Softivex aims to deliver according to agreed requirements. Maintenance, hosting, updates, and ongoing support are included only when stated in the applicable service agreement.
Softivex is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including third-party outages, hosting failures, platform changes, or misuse of delivered systems.
Either party may end a project according to the applicable project agreement. Completed work, approved milestones, and committed third-party costs may remain payable.
Users must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use our intellectual property without permission.
Softivex may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
